The benefits of training are well documented but include increased productivity, employee satisfaction and employee retention.

As our trainers also work as consultants in our other service delivery areas they are adept at customising the training delivery to your requirements and environment, meaning we can deliver the course when and where you want. Training Services

Microsoft Project

This package is broken into three main modules, moving the learners from basic skills to advanced Project users. For learners already familiar with MS Project it is possible to use just the second and third module but experience has shown that reviewing the basic skills first brings everyone to the same level.

If you have Project Managers with the skills but not the tools then training them to an advanced level of Microsoft Project will free up more of their time to manager rather than do data entry.

Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

One common cause for failed or stalled CRM implementations is lack of buy-in from the staff using the system, which can directly relate to a lack of training for them. Bring everyone up to the same level and show them the capabilities of the system and they should begin to use the system to its full potential.

Sales staff refusing to use the system, office based staff complaining the system doesn't do what they want to do? If you recognise any of these problems then a TMC Trainer can deliver our CRM package to the staff and show them how to get the best from it.

Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM)

There are two sides to MOM expert usage, monitoring and configuring, and a TMC Trainer delivering this package can train on both. Not all members of the IT team will need training in both so the package is split into two. After attending our Microsoft Operations Manager course your IT staff will be able to respond to MOM monitoring events and customise the environment to monitor your own specific requirements.

Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS)

Managing a SMS environment really requires three types of training. The first covers monitoring the environment and deploying packages, the second configuring the environment for specific business requirements and the third reporting on the database to get the required asset information.

Our trainers can deliver the package as a whole or break it down into the three areas, ensuring your staff are trained to the correct level without removing them from their day job unnecessarily.

Business Continuity

Are you thinking of doing your our Business Continuity planning and instead of needing our consultancy services you'd prefer someone to spend the time to show you how to do it in a classroom environment? If so then a TMC trainer delivering this package, which was created in close association with our Business Continuity Consultants, can help get you up to speed very quickly.

The package can be delivered at different levels, from a simple overview to the planning processes all the way up to a training programme to build a BS25999 compliant Management System. Because a Business Continuity team can come from many different departments our Trainers can customise the course materials to target the skills and workload of each individual.

Secure Information Worker

Working with BrownStones we have developed the concept of the Secure Information Worker. A course designed to be delivered in one day to call centre workers, data input staff and general computer workers. The course trains them on their responsibilities to both you as an employer and to any legislation you may have to comply with. It teaches best practice in managing their computer identity and the personal data your company handles.

Bespoke Training

Do you have a software package but no training materials for it, a package that only one persons knows how to use or where the knowledge is only in peoples heads? Do you have a number of people to get up to the same skill level in a software package or taken on a new package where the training wasn't suitable?
